I've put yes, because I don't hide it. But it's not really something I go out of my way to tell people unless it feels important to. Often if I feel like I'm acting weird (which is pretty often I admit) I'll give a quick explanation, so that people don't misunderstand me.

Yes for the same reasons Alex said. And I like to think I've changed a few people's perceptions for the better along the way.
