I am verbal, but something I found really interesting when learning BSL was how comforting it is to express myself in sign language. Still didn't learn enough to get my level 3, but it holds a special place in my heart :)

Sometimes I find it more convenient keeping my mouth shut. When I’m angry, I use words sometimes, other times I’m either kicking everything in the garden or arguing with someone over text. I don’t know lol
